Not a Dealer: We are not a franchised new car dealer. All new cars arranged for sale are subject to price and availability from the selling franchised new car dealer.

Service Fees: We may receive a fee or other consideration for arranging, negotiating, or assisting in the purchase or lease of a motor vehicle.

2. SMS/Mobile Messaging Program

By opting into our messaging program, you agree to the following:

Description: You will receive recurring automated promotional and personalized marketing text messages (e.g., monthly lease specials, “Hero Deals,” and referral updates).

Consent: Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

Opt-Out: To stop receiving messages, reply STOP to any message we send. You will receive one final confirmation text.
